Returns / Refunds
We at Perfect Svasthya believe in our products. Therefore we are offering a 30 day money-back guarantee. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Refund amount will only be for the product cost, and shipping charges are non-refundable. This money-back guarantee is extended to 45 days during Oct 1 to Dec 31 each year.
Steps to Return:
- Email customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org
- Explain the reason you would like a refund and put the following in your email: Order Number, Your Name, Your Email Address
- You must return all bottles that you received in your original order, whether they are opened, used, unopened. We cannot accept returns that don’t include every single bottle.
- You must also include a written note with your name and order number in the package so our team can correctly process your refund.
- The method for the return is by mail.
- Customers are responsible for shipping by mail when they return products. Perfect Svasthya cannot refund shipping.
- Customers are responsible for the return label for:
– For defective products. This happens when the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or defective in another way
– For customer remorse. This happens when the customer purchased the wrong product, it doesn’t fit, or they no longer want the item
- All refunds will be returned back to the original payment method (PayPal, Amazon Pay, Credit Cards, etc.). Alternatively we can issue store credit for a future purchase.
- It may take up to 5 business days for the refund to be sent back to your credit card or bank account.
- Perfect Svasthya does not charge the customers for the restocking fee.
Refunds (if applicable):
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com and we will be happy to help you out further.
- To return your product, you should email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
- If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
